Tina Lea Ray is a children’s author and illustrator from a small town nestled in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains of Northern Washington. She lives on a farm with her large family and five grandchildren, cats, a dog, alpacas, chickens, frogs, and whatever else comes to stay for a bit.
Tina has worked with youth and children for most of her adult life, and stood with them through the storms and confusion too many face at a young age. With this experience, she's crafted beautiful, tender worlds with positive messages for little ones to be encouraged when their own world feels too heavy.
Using humor, gentle faith, easy flowing rhyme, and positivity, her stories with soft color pallets and will be ones the kids reach for again and again.
